what was that album ?

Hi everyone, several days ago, there was an album mentioned on this forum that had something like " un cielo " in the title, and the artists first name begins with a T , when i looked it up on amazon , his nickname is titi, it,s not winterstein , the reviews were fantastic, and i was going to order it, and i was at work and had to leave the computer and get back to work, and this is all i remember, please, help. thank you
