I love the poetry of jazz manouche, but it's always great to hear flat-out smokin' stuff. Wow.

"Les Doigts de l'homme" is one of my favourite bands...with the brilliant, fiery guitar playing of lead front man Olivier Kikteff... a wonderful mix of gypsy, rock, folk, middle eastern and the bizarre!

I agree! They are so fantastic. I would love to see them.. I heard they are touring France as an opener to Sansilverino. That will get them some major exposure over there. They were at a jazz fest in Canada a few months ago so we know they travel. Next stop USA we all hope!!!!

This group is without a doubt one of the most exciting, interesting, and amazing groups playing this "style". The places they go with their original tunes is outstanding as well.
