VERY cool videos, Michael! Thank you for those.

I didn't know her, but it sounds like the world lost a very cool person in Mary Honcoop. I'm glad you're keeping her videos out there. Maybe you would consider securing rights from the artists and publishing selected DVDs. If you do - I'm your first customer for the Fapy video. His technique seems flawless.

By the way - I spoke w/ Alain about Gallatos and was going down that path till I found myself in SF on business and stopped by Gryphon Strings and played this limited edition Dell Arte Manouche - (based on the amazing Selmer #665, but using the back design of #485 as 665 had some work done to the back and so it wasn't 100% original) Long story short - I pulled the trigger - and had them ship it home to Portland.

What a guitar, man. I can afford to drop that kind of money like a hole in the head, but hey, it sounds great and unless I miss my guess - it'll be in my music room till they hold my estate sale.
You get one chance to enjoy this day, but if you're doing it right, that's enough.

    Hi Bob,

Mary was incredibly generous with everything. So the Video Archive is an attempt to preserve her giving spirit. Maybe they can be commercially released at some point. But to do so I'd have to drop everything I'm doing and spend six months working on the licensing. Oi!

Congrats on the new Guitar! Good sound is always worth a little more.
