Something fell from inside the guitar body D:

Hey guys, I recently got a Gitane DG-255, it's second hand guitar, I was told it is like 10 years old or something.

Well, I was playing, and stood up when I heard a noise in the guitar, like when you pick falls inside.

Struggling I got this out of it... What is that?

(There are two pieces like the one that looks like a sponge but couldn't get it out)

The metal thing looks like a truss rod nut. Clean it well, put a tiny bit of light lubricant on the threads, and put it back. Don't over tighten it. Just snug. Better yet, if you don't know what it is take it to a luthier and have them do it. Plus they will know why it fell out in the first place.

Not sure what the other little black thing is.

the black thing looks like a wind screen for a small microphone that may have fallen off inside, something like this:

Some of these goose-neck types were spring-clipped to a brace inside the guitar so there were no visible wires or components.
