Missing Selmer Maccaferri 378
Recently the Dutch Hot Club de France association has inherited Dutch jazzlegend Eddy Christiani's Selmer Maccafferi, no. 378. This no ordinary guitar. According to Eddy Christiani (one of the most successful guitarists in The Netherlands), it used to be the guitar of Joseph Reinhardt himself. Eddy en Joseph traded their guitars at some point in time directly, possibly more than 60 years ago.
However and unfortunately, this guitar is MISSING from the estate! Somebody apparently took it, or most likely stole it. If you come across this guitar, or in case you have any lead for us, please let us know by email, phone or any other message. We have set a reward of € 2.000 on this guitar for the golden hint that will lead to the return of this guitar. And do not hesitate to forward this message to your network!
