Did Stimer ever make guitars?

ChrisMartinChrisMartin Shellharbour NSW Australia✭✭ Di Mauro x2, Petrarca, Genovesi, Burns, Kremona Zornitsa & Paul Beuscher resonator.
I had never heard of it before, but this is advertised for sale on Le Bon Coin.

http://www.leboncoin.fr/instruments_de_musique/767423735.htm?ca=12_s

It claims "GUITARE JAZZ MANOUCHE DE MARQUE STIMER, la marque de fabrique des micros utilisés par DJANGO REINHARDT. Corps en palissandre de rio, son typé, bon état général."
Which roughly translates; Jazz Manouche Guitar of the Stimer brand, the make of pickups used by Django Reinhardt. Body in Brazilian rosewood, typical sound, good general condition.
Note it has a fret marker at the 9th instead of the 10th, so probably not by any of the Sicilian/French luthiers, but does anyone recognise any other clues as to who or where it came from?

Stimer had designed its own electric guitars since the early 50's and I think that Stimer imported Washburn acoustic guitars in the 80's.
