That top looks really nice. If the price doesn't go up much further then what I'm seeing now (£196.99) it's a steal.

I had one of those! They are not that great, ok as an entry level guitar. Personally I was glad to move on..

Probably worth £250 maybe. There's a lot better guitars you can get in the second hand market.
