Thanks for sharing this. I'm not a luthier and have no designs on ever building, unless you want a cubist version of a Selmer. Nonetheless, I am very fascinated with the process of how a piece is created, be it a painting, a guitar, or even the process of an intermediate musician to a professional. My only wish is that the interview was longer. I probably could have listened for an hour or more.
